The meeting will take place in Keele Hall, on the Keele University campus.
Manchester airport is by far the easiest airport to use, and shared transport from the airport to the hotel can be booked if people are interested.
20 Double rooms have provisionally been booked in a nearby hotel called the Travelodge, at Lower Street in Newcastle-under-Lyme, for arrival on Wednesday, 6 June 2018 and departure on Saturday, 9 June 2018. The breakfast is included and the rooms are 58.25 pounds on the first night and 48.25 pounds for each of the other two nights. Transport between the hotel and campus will probably be arranged.

ask people to book by Monday, 16 April 2018 if they are in a position to do so. It will
still be possible to book after that, though, if need be.
The tentative agenda start/end times for both days are as follows:
Day 1 – 7 June – Board Meeting 9:00 – 17:00, Board Dinner – 19:00
Day 2 – 8 June – Board Meeting 9:00 – 13:00
The Friday afternoon will be used for science, collateral benefit discussions and a visit to the observatory (less than 10 minutes walk).
