Dear Colleagues,
In 2017, Poland will host the SALT Board meeting which will be held 5-6
June at Folwark Walencja (http://www.folwarkwalencja.pl/dla-biznesu) in
Kazimierz Dolny, one of the most beautifully situated little towns in
Poland (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kazimierz_Dolny), located ~140 km
south of Warsaw. The meeting will be followed by 3-day workshop on “SALT
among the constellations of very large telescopes” to be held 7-9 June
also at Folwark Walencja (for details see the announcement attached below
and the workshop site https://salt2017.camk.edu.pl/).
We have provisionally booked all 15 guest rooms at Folwark Walencja (~200
PLN/night) and another 5 budget rooms in nearby pension (120 PLN/night –
single & 140 PLN/night – double occupancy) for the Board (nights 4/5 and
5/6 June), and the workshop participants (nights 6/7, 7/8, 8/9 and 9/10
June), respectively. Please let us know (the sooner the better) whether
you would like to stay in any of these. We also kindly request those of
you who will participate the workshop to register as soon as possible.
There is also possibility to make your own reservation at the nearby
4-star Hotel Kazimierzowka Welness&Spa (http://kazimierzowka.pl).
